I see the need to add tasks to a hazard and risk assessment.
It should be possible to view all tasks in a table and filter by specific risk assessment. It should include filters and search.
It should include owner, status, due date, task description, sub tasks etc.

We are considering this as one of the possible feature to add in the near future. We just need to figure out the best way to show them that doesn't break with the current UX/UI.
We will be awaiting some votes on the issue to see how many users want this feature.
