Wrap text in the top 5 hazards in dashboard

When the text is too long, it is cut. Would be better to wrap to get multiple lines...

Folder naming issue

If I create multiple folders with the same name under the same parent, I can only see 1 in the tree. Either give an error or show them all....

The hazard count in the report list is wrong
